one of the most frustrating games on the planet. When you’re playing well its amazing but when you’re not it’s enough to make event the calmest person I know (my preacher lol) throw his clubs and say a lot of “dangit!”’s.
A gps golf system can take a lot of the frustration factor out of your game by giving you confidence in your choice of club. Your decision of club choice is critical to playing a good round of golf. Knowing accurately the distance you hit with each club is the telling factor. If you’re guessing your club distances you won’t know which club to use for your shots.
When you use a gps system for golf your pace of play is improved. To me, it all comes down to how much golf I can play. Using my gps allows me to increase my speed of play by eliminating a lot of overshooting and short shots because I know which club to choose. This boils down to knowing how far I hit with each club allowing me to relax and play my game with confidence. Now if only there where a gadget to read the greens for me.
Taking your gps to the practice range is a critical step to improving your game. Marking your ball position and learning your distances with each club will take so many strokes off your game you will be amazed. You will probably be a little bit humbled when you see the actual numbers of your distances. Most people think they hit farther than they actually do.
Unfamiliar courses are no longer intimidating with your gps giving you the distance information you need even on holes where the pin is not with in your line of site.
A gps for golf will take strokes off your game, improve your pace of play and build confidence in your club choice. It’s all about enjoying the game and my gps has allowed me to eliminate a lot of frustrations and do just that.
